Good coffee should come with perks.

• Your rewards are tied to your mobile phone number. Use the same number every time you order.
• A drink counts once Bianca confirms your payment. Every 9 paid drinks earns one free drink, and it keeps repeating.
• Once you have a free drink, use it on a later order: in Pickup details, tick “Use my Coffee Club free drink” and use the same phone number and last name as your earlier orders. You'll see your progress there before you send the order.
• The free drink covers the drink itself; extras like oat milk or added shots are still charged. It's held while your order is open and used up once the order is completed. If the order is cancelled or declined, the free drink goes back to your card.
• Drinks you've already paid for count too. You can also see your progress from the order link in your confirmation or email.
• Think a drink is missing? Text Bianca and she'll fix it.
